Before you can list properties or receive payments, you must complete the verification process. This step is essential to maintain trust and transparency on the platform.
How to Complete Verification
- When you first log into your landlord dashboard, you will see a Complete Verification prompt. Click on it to begin.
- Provide all required personal information as indicated in the verification form.
- Upload your identity documents (see the Landlord Verification Documents article for accepted documents).
- Enter your banking information. This is the account where your rental payments will be deposited.
- Click the Verify Account button to submit your details for review.
What Happens Next
You will receive a notification once your verification has been processed. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours.
While your verification is being processed, you can begin preparing your property details and photos so you are ready to list as soon as verification is confirmed.
