Before you can receive property assignments or conduct tours, you must complete the verification process. This step is essential to establish your credibility on the platform and ensuring landlords can trust you with their properties.

How to Complete Verification

1. When you first log into your agent dashboard, you will see a Complete Verification prompt. Click on it to begin.
2. Provide all required personal information as indicated in the verification form.
3. Upload your identity and licensing documents (see the Agent Verification Documents article for accepted documents).
4. Enter your payment information. This is where your commissions and earnings will be deposited.
5. Click the Verify button to submit your details for review.
   
   

What Happens Next

You will receive a notification once your verification has been processed. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours.

While your verification is being processed, you can begin completing your profile with a professional bio, areas of specialization, and your service coverage areas so landlords can find and evaluate you.
