Accepted Documents
You will need one of the following government-issued documents:
- National Identification Number (NIN) slip or card
- Driver's License
- Voter's Card
How to Complete Verification
- Log in to your dashboard and navigate to Profile & Verification.
- Select the type of document you are uploading.
- Upload a clear, legible photo or scan of the document. Ensure all text and images on the document are visible.
- Submit the document for review.
What Happens Next
Verification is typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a notification once your identity has been verified.
Until verification is complete, you can still browse listings and save properties. However, you will need to be verified before submitting rental applications or scheduling tours.
