Once you have accepted a property assignment, you can manage all your assigned properties from your agent dashboard.
Viewing Your Assigned Properties
- From your agent dashboard, access the list of all properties currently assigned to you.
- Click on any property to view its full details, including listing information, pricing, landlord notes, and tenant activity.
Setting Your Availability
To ensure tour requests align with your schedule:
- Navigate to the assigned property.
- Set your availability for property tours by specifying the days and times you are available to conduct viewings.
- Update your availability as needed. Keeping this current prevents scheduling conflicts and ensures renters receive prompt responses.
Managing Tour Requests
When a renter requests a tour for one of your assigned properties:
- You will receive a notification with the renter's preferred date and time.
- Review the request and confirm the tour if it fits your availability.
- If the requested time does not work, suggest an alternative time through the platform.
- Conduct the tour and update the property status accordingly.
Communicating with Landlords
Maintaining regular communication with the landlord is essential to effective property management. Use the platform's messaging feature to provide updates on tour activity and renter interest, relay feedback from prospective tenants, flag any maintenance issues or concerns observed during property visits, and discuss any changes to the listing, such as pricing adjustments or availability updates.
