How to Create Your Agent Account

To manage rental properties and conduct tours on behalf of landlords on Nyangu, you will need to create a standard account and then upgrade to an agent profile. The process takes just a few minutes.

Creating Your Account

  1. Visit www.nyangu.com in your browser.
  2. Click the Sign Up button.
  3. Enter your full name, email address, and phone number.
  4. Create a secure password. Your password should be at least 8 characters and include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
  5. Check your email inbox for a verification message from Nyangu. Click the verification link to confirm your email address.
  6. Once verified, log in with your email and password.

Upgrading to an Agent Account

After logging in:

  1. Click on the initials icon in the top corner of the page.
  2. Select Become a Nyangu Agent from the dropdown menu.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your agent profile setup.
  4. Once your profile is set up, you will be redirected to your new agent dashboard.

Your agent dashboard is where you will receive property assignments, manage tours, communicate with landlords, and track your activity on the platform.


If you do not receive the verification email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, contact support at support@nyangu.com.
