Managing Your Properties

Once your properties are listed, you can manage all of them from a single location on your landlord dashboard.

Viewing Your Listings

  1. From your landlord dashboard, go to the My Properties section.
  2. You will see a list of all your current property listings along with their status.
  3. Click on any property to view its full details, performance metrics, and tenant activity.

Editing Property Details

You can update your listing at any time to reflect changes in pricing, amenities, or property condition.

  1. Navigate to the property you want to edit in My Properties.
  2. Click Edit on the property page.
  3. Update the description, pricing, images, amenities, or any other details as needed.
  4. Save your changes.

Updated information will be reflected on the listing immediately.

Updating Availability Status

Keeping your property's availability status current ensures that renters see accurate information and reduces unnecessary inquiries.

  1. Navigate to the property you want to update in My Properties.
  2. Change the availability status to one of the following:
    • Available: The property is open for applications and tours.
    • Unavailable: The property is temporarily off the market (e.g., undergoing renovations or reserved for a pending transaction).
    • Occupied: The property is currently rented and not accepting new applications.

Updating the status promptly when a property is rented or taken off the market helps maintain the quality of listings on the platform and builds trust with renters who are actively searching.
