Requesting a Tour
- Open the listing for the property you wish to tour.
- Click the Request to Tour button.
- Select your preferred date and time from the available options.
- Fill in any additional information requested in the tour form, such as the number of occupants or special requirements.
- Click Submit to send your tour request.
What Happens Next
The landlord or agent will review your request and confirm the tour. You will receive a notification with the confirmed date, time, and any instructions for the visit.
If your requested time is unavailable, the landlord or agent may suggest an alternative. You can accept or propose a different time through the platform.
Tips for a Successful Tour
Arrive on time for your scheduled tour. Prepare a list of questions about the property, neighborhood, or lease terms. Take note of the condition of the property, including fixtures, plumbing, and electrical fittings. If you are satisfied with the property after the tour, you can proceed to submit a rental application directly from the listing page.
