How to Submit a Rental Application

When you have found a property you want to rent, you can submit a rental application directly through the platform. You can apply after completing a tour or without one.

Option 1: Apply After a Tour

If you have already toured the property and want to proceed, return to the property listing and click the Apply button to begin your application.

Option 2: Apply Without a Tour

If you prefer to skip the tour and apply directly, open the property listing and click the Apply without Tour button.

Completing the Application

Regardless of which option you choose, the application process is the same:

1. Fill in all required fields in the application form. This may include employment information, references, and your intended move-in date.
2. Review your responses to ensure accuracy.
3. Click Submit to send your application for review.
   
   

What Happens Next

The landlord or agent will review your application and respond through the platform. You will receive a notification once a decision has been made.

You can apply to multiple properties at the same time. Submitting an application to one property does not prevent you from applying to others.
