Signing Your Lease and Making Payment

Once your rental application has been approved, the next steps are signing your lease and making your first payment. Both are handled securely through the Nyangu platform.

Signing Your Lease

1. You will receive a notification confirming that your application has been approved.
2. Log in to your dashboard and navigate to the approved application.
3. Review the lease agreement carefully. The lease will include details such as the rental amount, payment schedule, lease duration, and any specific terms set by the landlord.
4. Once you are satisfied with the terms, sign the lease digitally through the platform.
   
   

If you have questions about any clause in the lease, reach out to the landlord or agent through the platform's messaging feature before signing.

Making Payment

After your lease is signed:

1. You will receive payment instructions through the platform.
2. Complete your rental payment securely through Nyangu's built-in payment system.
3. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a payment receipt and confirmation.
   
   

Finalizing Your Move-In

After payment is complete, coordinate with the landlord or agent to confirm your move-in date. Arrange key handover and any other logistics through the platform's messaging feature. Complete a move-in inspection to document the condition of the property before you settle in.
