Browsing and Saving Property Listings

Once your profile is set up, you can begin browsing verified rental properties on the platform.

Searching for Properties

1. From your dashboard, navigate to the property listings page.
2. Use the search filters to narrow your results. You can filter by:
   • Location (State, City)
   • Price range (set your minimum and maximum budget)
   • Unit type (self-contained, one bedroom, two bedroom, etc.)
3. Click on any listing to view the full property details, including photos, pricing, amenities, and landlord or agent information.
   
   

All properties listed on Nyangu are verified, meaning that ownership documents have been reviewed before the listing goes live. This protects you from fraudulent listings.

Saving Listings

If you find a property you are interested in but are not ready to apply immediately, you can save it for later.

1. Open the property listing.
2. Click the Save or Favorite button on the listing page.
3. Access your saved listings at any time from your dashboard.
   
   

Saving a listing does not reserve the property or notify the landlord. It is simply a way to bookmark properties you want to revisit.
