Completing your profile is an important step. A verified profile increases your credibility with landlords and agents, and is required before you can submit rental applications.
- Log in to your dashboard.
- Click on the initials icon in the top corner of the page.
- Select Profile & Verification from the dropdown menu.
- Fill in your personal information, including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
- Upload a clear profile picture. This helps landlords and agents identify you during tours and communications.
- Click Save to finalize your profile setup.
